Description

The Services tab in the Controller Settings section of the Pierre Partner app allows users to manage and configure specialized services available within the system. This is particularly useful in hotel or apartment settings where guests can request specific services.

Key Features:

    1.    Service List:
    •    The tab shows a list of all available services within the system. Each service can be enabled or configured based on the needs of the property.
    2.    Add New Service:
    •    Use the Add button to introduce new services to the system. Currently, the two available services are:
    •    Do Not Disturb (DND): Allows guests to indicate they do not wish to be disturbed.
    •    Cleaning Service: Allows guests to request cleaning for their room or apartment.
    3.    Service Configuration:
    •    When enabling a service, users can fill out a form to customize the details of the service, such as response time or specific requests.
    •    Once enabled, these options will appear in the client app, where guests can request cleaning or activate Do Not Disturb mode.
    4.    Hotel Management Notifications:
    •    Hotel or property management can receive notifications when a guest activates these services, enabling staff to respond promptly.
    •    If the property is equipped with a hospitality RFID reader outside the room or apartment, the background light color can change to indicate the current status (e.g., Do Not Disturb or cleaning requested), allowing staff to see the status directly at the room.

The Services tab provides an efficient way for hotels and apartments to offer additional guest services while maintaining smooth communication between management and guests.
