Please scan the QR code to download PIERRE application
Log in with you Username and Password
Open Settings and press "Add Wave I/O"
Press and hold the Reset Button until the Indicator Light starts flashing
The reset button can be found on the other side of the IR remote control.
Press "Find Devices"
PIERRE application will show the list of available devices. Press "Add found devices"
Enter Name, Role and Group settings and Save it
When the Light indicator stops flashing, the PIERRE Wave pairing process is finished
Please ONLY use a 5V power adapter to supply power, and make sure the current the adapter is full 1A. Otherwise, the PIERRE Wave IR Remote will not work properly.
You can only add 3 air conditioners with one PIERRE Wave IR Remote.
Both IR remote and mobile device are required to share the same Wi-Fi network when adding the IR remote. After configuration is done, you can control devices through the 2G/3G/4G network. Currently it does not support the 5G network.
This device can not penetrate walls, so make sure there is no obstacle between the remote and the IR devices.
Please ONLY use PIERRE Gateway.
The Zigbee IR remote can operate within a LAN. To enable this functionality, both your mobile device and the PIERRE Gateway must be connected to the same local network
You can change the Manufacturer with your mobile phone or directly from the display. Edit display settings, select Wave tab i find your IR Remote from the I/O list. Click on it, and you will be able to select the manufacturer from the list. If there are more models, you can select a model from the 'Select Model' list.
